To recycle a computer first fill out this form then call the number that is on the next page. The next page also has the address of the recycling center drop-off location. Please make sure you call first to ensure that someone is at the center and able to recieve the computer. If for some reason the form does not work you may call the number to the left to get the address of a recycling center and they can fill out the form when you drop of the computer.
If you would like us to wipe your computer to DOD specs please make sure you tell a recycling member when you drop of your device. There is a $25 charge for this service, unless you are choicing to have your device shipped in to the original maker. In this case the option is free to you. If you don't tell us when you drop of your device then we will not clear it before processing it, and the data housed on it will not be secured. This data is also losed and is not recovereable so make sure you have a back-up of the data. We can assist you in the back-up if you would like ask your agent (slight fees may apply).
